7am-8:30 am Read from "Sounds of Healing" Dr. Gaynor MD (oncologist) about the amazing healing effects of sound, like that from Tibetan singing bowls and gongs etc. This MD thought it a significant success to heal a patient, to the extent, they were emotionally ready for their chemotherapy. Ahh...Alternative Medicine.
9am-11:00 am Met with Native American friend (coffee) who discussed the traditions of finding your spirit guide and the meaning of teasing another man during a sacred talk circle. He gave me a buffalo drum as a gift.
Somewhere lunch (no coffee).
11:45am-1:30pm Discussed with wife, the topographic changes in DNA under the influence of high frequency light waves. Also discussed the implications of torsion physics on the nature of spontaneous generation. (included coffee)
2pm-4:00pm Discussed (+ coffee) with a therapist friend, the benefits of the Emotional Freedom Technique for freeing the trapped psychic energies in the upper chakras.
4:10pm Bought three pounds of coffee from Starbucks, with three year old gift certificates.
5:00pm-6:20pm Facebooked, e-mailed and watched You Tube segments on the connection between gamma ray emissions and the rapture (old cold coffee present on desk) Read that drinking coffee is as effective for H1N1 as Tamiflu.
6:40pm-8:40 pm Went to "cheap seats' to see, "Julie and Julia" (or the other way around). Had realization that Julia Child was most likely a closet bitch who stole recipes; bon appetit. (no coffee allowed in theater, and how do you sneak in the hot stuff)?

9:10pm- 10:00pm Talked with yet another Native American, about our upcoming (tomorrow) drum making workshop. (I do not know if he was drinking coffee).
After 10:00 pm Blogged (old cold coffee still on desk)
Notes to self: Coffee is bad for your lower chakras, ie prostate. DNA must also go into a rest cycle.

Kramer knows how to get coffee into the theater, maybe you could learn from him...or maybe not, I guess it didn't really end well.
